For relationship issues such as workplace stress, children, extended family, financial issues, or unexpected crises, I am honoured to create in-person or virtual space for couples to find the answers they are seeking.

At Charis Counselling and Psychotherapy, I help children aged 8-17 with emotional issues, significant events, and concerning behaviours. By using a variety of techniques, children and teenagers have space to express their feelings through art and play therapy, storytelling and/or games.
